Renting my room out. My place overlooks the water with a beautiful view. Recently built. Has an elevator and assigned parking. I will be Including Cable, Water, electric and internet. You must bring your own bed and dresser. My closets has shelves and out of the way Hanging. I’m in the Navy so my room will only be able to be rented for 6 months before I have to leave. I don’t have a partying mentality. I just like to watch tv and do homework or workout. It’s a pretty quiet building.
